Packaging Engineer
Boston, MAWe are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Packaging Engineer to join our robotics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing packaging solutions for robotic systems and components. You will work closely with product, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure that robotic products are packaged securely, efficiently, and cost-effectively for shipping, storage, and delivery to customers.

- Design and develop packaging solutions for robotic products and components utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCad
- Conduct testing to ensure packaging integrity during transit and storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product requirements and regulatory standards.
- Optimize packaging materials and processes to reduce costs and environmental impact.
- Manage packaging design documentation and maintain packaging specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve packaging-related issues during production and shipping.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in packaging design, materials selection, and testing.
- Knowledge of packaging standards and regulations, especially for robotics and electronics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
