We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to create and optimize programs for precision machining operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications to produce complex components with tight tolerances. You’ll collaborate with machinists and engineers to select tooling, improve machining strategies, and ensure efficient, high-quality production. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with G-code, CAM software (such as Mastercam or Fusion 360), and a solid understanding of machining processes and materials.
