Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented CNC Operator/Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with CNC machinery, strong mechanical skills, and a focus on precision and efficiency. This role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce components that meet exact specifications, while collaborating closely with engineers and production staff to meet daily manufacturing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment, including milling machines and presses, and create CNC programs.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to plan machining operations.

• Apply GD&T principles to ensure machining accuracy and precision.

• Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep CNC machines in optimal working condition.

• Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to verify part dimensions.

• Develop and edit programs using CAM software for efficient workflow and output.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

• Safely handle and move materials throughout the production area.

• Work closely with team members to identify and resolve issues and contribute to process improvements.
