Beacon Engineering Resources is a leading national provider of engineering consultants. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and polished Inside Sales / National Account Manager to grow and manage our national client accounts. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for building long-term relationships.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with engineering managers across key industries, including medical devices, aerospace, automotive, and consumer products. You will connect with prospective and existing clients over the phone and through email to understand their engineering staffing needs and present Beacon as their go-to recruiting partner.
Key responsibilities include managing a client database, conducting outreach campaigns, delivering top-tier customer support, and facilitating the successful placement of engineering consultants.

Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and online research
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant inside sales/customer service experience
Background in staffing or recruiting is a plus, but not required
