Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join our dynamic team. This position requires a strong understanding of demand planning, MRP, and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production schedules and maintain inventory levels that meet customer demands.

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply chain management and production planning.
• Utilize Oracle for effective inventory control and management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding inventory replenishment.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste in the production process.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory discrepancies, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare reports on production performance, inventory status, and supply chain metrics for management review.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
