Production Planner
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our team. This role is essential in coordinating production schedules and managing inventory to ensure on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of MRP systems, demand forecasting, and lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and support our supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints

• Coordinate with supply chain, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production flow

• Use Oracle to manage inventory, track materials, and update production data

• Analyze production and inventory data to drive planning decisions and improve accuracy

• Apply lean manufacturing methods to improve scheduling, reduce waste, and boost throughput

• Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory, resolve discrepancies, and manage replenishment

• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries aligned with production needs

• Generate and present reports on production KPIs, inventory levels, and planning metrics

• Support continuous improvement projects to streamline planning and manufacturing processes
