Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced financial leader to oversee and optimize all aspects of our financial operations. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash management, reporting, internal controls, and strategic planning, with a focus on aligning financial goals with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, profit planning, and capital investment strategies.
Prepare and interpret financial reports for leadership; monitor performance against goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure asset protection through auditing, insurance oversight, and compliance.
Oversee credit, collections, and high-value approvals; support pricing policies and cross-functional financial coordination.
Guide inventory and cost accounting analysis; recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise and develop finance team members; manage staffing, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
Foster positive employee relations and maintain clear, consistent communication across departments and management levels.
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance required.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 2 years as a Finance Manager or Controller.
