Core Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and update system-level requirements to make testing more efficient and avoid duplicate work

• Work closely with engineering leads to maximize test coverage through structured requirements management

• Create consistency by developing and documenting standardized testing processes

• Build and maintain tools that connect business goals to specific test activities

• Design and implement processes that make requirements management easier and more effective

• Partner with test engineering teams to ensure requirements match real-world test execution

• Review test coverage regularly and close any gaps in requirements

• Lead validation and verification efforts to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and testable

• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements

• Manage change control processes to keep requirements up to date throughout the project lifecycle

• Prepare and maintain clear documentation using recognized systems engineering tools

• Collaborate with specialized teams on requirements for environmental stress screening (ESS) and qualification activities

• Act as a bridge between design engineers and testing teams to keep everyone aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements management

• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering practices and industry standards

• Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, or similar)

• Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes

• Experience in test engineering, validation, or manufacturing environments
