Manufacturing Process Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for precision-engineered metal and thermoformed products

• Support new product introductions by establishing workflows, tooling, and process documentation

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and throughput while reducing waste and cost

• Partner with design, operations, and quality teams to ensure products are manufacturable and compliant with standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with practical, sustainable solutions

• Validate new processes, tooling, and equipment to ensure readiness for production

• Create and maintain clear process documentation and train production teams as needed

• Identify opportunities for automation, advanced technologies, and process upgrades to enhance manufacturing capability

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering (medical device or precision manufacturing experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies

• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, metal forming, thermoforming, or similar manufacturing processes

• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA a plus)

• Proficiency in CAD software and ERP/MRP systems

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
