Core Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs using NX CAM software for various machining equipment, including lathes and multi-axis milling machines.

• Create, verify, and optimize machining strategies to meet production schedules and quality standards.

• Select appropriate tooling and assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and machining challenges.

• Monitor production operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to specifications.

• Work with a wide range of metal materials, including high-strength alloys and stainless steels.

• Operate and program machines equipped with advanced control systems and multi-axis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or precision machining environment.

• Proficiency in NX CAM is a must.

• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and toolpath optimization.

• Experience with CAM verification software (training available for candidates proficient in other systems).

• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.

• Proven ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collect and analyze cost and process data for estimating purposes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with 3D CAD modeling tools such as SolidWorks is a plus.
