Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product development and management. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from proposal through sale, and lead a cross functional team including sales, operations, engineering, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management process, including proposal, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product vision and strategy.
• P&L management
• Manage project timelines
• Foster strong communication across teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Travel requirements will be approximately 25%

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management
• 4-year college degree (engineering or business degree preferred)
• 5+ years minimum product leadership experience
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
