Controls Engineer

We’re looking for a Controls Engineer to design, program, and support control systems that power large-scale automation and robotics projects. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with cutting-edge technologies, translating complex processes into efficient, reliable, and safe system performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and implement control logic for automation systems using PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks

• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, I/O lists, and system documentation

• Program, test, and troubleshoot control systems during integration and deployment

• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure full system functionality

• Support on-site commissioning and resolve system-level issues during installation

• Optimize control strategies to improve reliability, throughput, and safety

• Provide technical training and documentation for client and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering

• Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)

• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, project-based environments

• Willingness to travel for commissioning and field support
