We are seeking a CNC Programmer to support an aerospace company by creating and revising CNC programs for 3- to 5-axis machining centers, including lathes and milling. This role supports manufacturing and quality teams by preparing accurate CNC programs and machining processes in accordance with aerospace standards and engineering documentation.
Create, modify, and maintain CNC programs for 3- to 5-axis machining centers and lathes
Support manufacturing and quality departments with CNC programming, equipment, and process needs
Prepare CNC programs from complex engineering drawings and models
Apply GD&T to ensure parts meet design and quality requirements
Design fixtures and tooling to support machining operations
Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining-related issues
Manage multiple programming tasks in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
Proficiency with CAM software required
NX experience required
Lathe programming experience highly preferred
Strong manufacturing and/or machining experience
Solid understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret complex blueprints
Fixture and tooling design experience
Post processor development or modification experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
