Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver construction projects from initiation through closeout. This role focuses on scope management, stakeholder coordination, budget oversight, scheduling, risk mitigation, and ensuring overall project performance.
Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts
Establish project objectives, milestones, and performance metrics
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and external stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to leadership
Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards
Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience leading projects from concept through completion
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
Experience managing multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels
Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
