Position Overview
The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for leading technical engineering projects from concept through implementation and closeout. This role drives cross-functional coordination, technical execution, budget management, and schedule adherence to ensure successful delivery of engineering-driven initiatives.
Lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects including planning, design coordination, execution, and final validation
Define project scope, technical requirements, deliverables, and timelines
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
Coordinate engineering teams including electrical, mechanical, controls, and manufacturing as applicable
Oversee design reviews and ensure technical standards are met
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Support commissioning, installation, and startup activities
Manage change orders and maintain accurate project documentation
Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
Experience managing engineering or capital projects in industrial, manufacturing, or production environments
Strong understanding of engineering design processes and technical documentation
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and technical teams
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with project scheduling and reporting tools
