Engineering Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional technical initiatives from concept through execution. This individual will oversee scope, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of engineering projects across design, procurement, fabrication, and implementation

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and quality teams

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Track performance metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field

• 3+ years of project management experience in engineering or manufacturing environments

• Strong understanding of technical documentation and engineering workflows

• Experience managing budgets and timelines
