Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager will oversee on-site and pre-construction activities for industrial or commercial build projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through closeout

  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams

  • Oversee scheduling, cost tracking, and procurement activities

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance

  • Enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements

  • Resolve field issues and maintain alignment with client expectations

  • Lead project meetings and maintain documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects

  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools and cost control processes

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
