Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager will oversee on-site and pre-construction activities for industrial or commercial build projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
Oversee scheduling, cost tracking, and procurement activities
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance
Enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements
Resolve field issues and maintain alignment with client expectations
Lead project meetings and maintain documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience managing construction projects
Familiarity with project scheduling tools and cost control processes
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
