Engineering Manager

Overview
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in a manufacturing and product development environment. This role is responsible for overseeing engineering activities, supporting project execution, and ensuring technical deliverables meet quality, schedule, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers and technical staff.

• Manage engineering priorities, workloads, and project timelines.

• Oversee the design and development of engineered products and systems.

• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and design review when needed.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and other internal teams to support product development and production.

• Maintain engineering documentation and ensure adherence to internal standards and processes.

• Support technical discussions with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.

• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.

• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar tools.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
