CMM Programmer

Overview
We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to develop and validate inspection programs for precision components in a manufacturing environment. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently create, test, and optimize CMM programs while working closely with quality and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMM inspection programs for complex components.

• Program using industry-standard software including PC-DMIS and Calypso.

• Validate and prove out programs on the manufacturing floor to ensure accuracy and repeatability.

• Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to support inspection requirements and resolve measurement issues.

• Optimize inspection processes and ensure documentation meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience programming CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with PC-DMIS and familiarity with Calypso software.

• Ability to independently develop and troubleshoot CMM programs.

• Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection practices.

• Hands-on experience working with precision machined components.
