CNC Programmer

Overview
We are seeking a CNC Programmer to support machining operations in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. This role focuses on developing and optimizing CNC programs while working closely with machinists and engineering teams to ensure efficient, accurate production of aerospace components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for machining operations using NX or similar CAM software.

• Support machining activities by optimizing programs, tooling, and cycle times.

• Interpret engineering drawings, models, and GD&T requirements to create accurate machining programs.

• Collaborate with machinists and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.

• Assist in validating and proving out programs on CNC equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience programming CNC equipment in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with NX CAM software.

• Experience programming CNC lathes strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and aerospace materials.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
