Construction Project Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of construction projects. This role works closely with project managers, field teams, contractors, and clients to help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with project goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating construction projects from planning through completion
Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking
Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment
Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation
Help monitor budgets, timelines, and project milestones
Track project updates and help resolve scheduling or coordination issues
Ensure project documentation complies with company and client requirements
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related field
Familiarity with construction processes and project documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with project management or construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
Exposure to commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
