Construction Project Lead

Overview
We are seeking a Construction Project Lead to manage day-to-day project activities and support successful delivery of construction projects. This role works closely with field teams, contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure work is progressing according to schedule, scope, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of construction activities from project kickoff through completion

• Work with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules

• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to support project execution

• Track project progress and help resolve issues affecting timelines or quality

• Support budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning efforts

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project requirements

• Communicate updates and project status to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management or coordination

• Strong understanding of construction workflows and site operations

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects

• Familiarity with project management or construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
