Construction Project Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements. This role works closely with project managers, contractors, and field teams to keep projects organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction operations and coordinate site activities

• Work with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to maintain project schedules

• Review project plans, specifications, and scope requirements

• Monitor project progress and address issues that impact timelines or quality

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and progress updates

• Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, supervision, or coordination

• Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects

• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore or MS Project
