Laboratory Technician
Location: Bonita Springs
Pay: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Overview
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to support testing and research activities in a structured lab environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience, as well as candidates with some related laboratory background. The position involves performing experiments, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and experiments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and test protocol instructions
• Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of procedures and results
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain laboratory equipment and materials
• Assemble and support testing of laboratory devices or setups
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Stay current on laboratory techniques and best practices

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field preferred
• Entry-level candidates welcome; pay will vary based on experience
• Understanding of research and development processes and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation

• $25.00 per hour for recent graduates with little to no experience
• $26.00 to $27.00 per hour for candidates with relevant laboratory experience
