Job Summary​
  • The Manufacturing Process Engineer (MPE) will plan, conduct and coordinate all process engineering functions pertaining to manufacturing.
  • ​The MPE will be responsible for the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment to maximize cost effectiveness, quality, reliability and productivity.
  • The MPE will verify and validate that the product being developed meets the customer’s requirements.
  • Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing production data and trends to improve the manufacturing process.
  • Create and modify work instructions as necessary to document processes critical to quality; establish appropriate process controls.
  • Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials or parts, and evaluate products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or other related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, possess skills in leading technical decision making and resolution of issues; eagerness to learn and relate to co-workers
  • Team-focus, project ownership and customer commitment.
  • Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Possess a high energy level and drive to finish out projects or resolve issues.
